The property was purchased in 2007 by real estate billionaire Jeff Greene, and at the time, was pretty much empty. Since then, Greene has constructed a no-expense-spared mansion on the massive 25-acre plot of land overlooking Los Angeles. In addition to the 35,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style primary residence, there’s also a 15,000-square-foot entertainment center and a guesthouse, which on its own, has 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms.
