You Won’t Believe This $149-Million Estate in Beverly Hills Actually Exists

Palazzo di Amore is the most expensive estate in Beverly Hills, which pretty much makes it the most expensive on the West Coast, and after hitting the market almost a year ago, has now had its asking price slashed by 25 percent from $195 million to $149 million.

The property was purchased in 2007 by real estate billionaire Jeff Greene, and at the time, was pretty much empty. Since then, Greene has constructed a no-expense-spared mansion on the massive 25-acre plot of land overlooking Los Angeles. In addition to the 35,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style primary residence, there’s also a 15,000-square-foot entertainment center and a guesthouse, which on its own, has 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms.
